About
Stefan Escreet has been working in the creative industries for many years as an actor, director and radio and theatre producer. He has appeared in and directed productions in theatres all around the country. Stefan was Associate Director at Theatre by the Lake until 2013 where he directed over 40 productions and led on New Writing. He was a Radio Drama Producer for BBC Radio Drama North creating programmes across the Radio 4 schedule. In 2015 he established Ragged Edge Productions - an award winning theatre company making work that reflects life in the North.
Stefan has recently become Theatre Lead Artist for Prism Arts which delivers arts programmes that empower people with disabilities.
Stefan is visiting tutor in Radio Acting for Manchester School of Theatre and runs Radio Acting Days which offers training experiences and makes audio content.
